MegaPari operates under an offshore gaming licence issued by the Government of Curaçao through an authorised master licence holder responsible for supervising remote gambling compliance.
The regulator defines scope, monitors fair play controls, and sets player and data protection and security obligations aligned to international standards for online gaming.

MegaPari is not the owner of companies licensed by the Curaçao regulator and does not manage them.
The brand holds no financial, managerial, or other interests in third-party licensees under the same master licence. It cannot influence their operational or management decisions and is not responsible for their actions or any violations. Any complaint, claim, or inquiry about those companies must be directed to the relevant operating company or the regulator indicated on the public register. This notice does not limit legal duties that apply to the MegaPari operating company itself under its own licence.

The tool is a digital status check that links to the regulator’s database. It displays the original game licence reference and the status recorded on the public register. All texts, images, seals, and other materials on those pages belong to the regulator or its authorised service provider and are protected by copyright and database rights. Trademarks
Trademarks, logos, and commercial identifiers on the MegaPari site and apps are protected by their rights holders, which may include the licence-holding company and, where applicable, the regulator.
Ownership covers registered marks, trade names, domain names, and other brand-style elements such as layouts, icons, colour schemes, and interface components. Unauthorised use, imitation, or dilution is prohibited. Any violation may lead to legal liability, including injunctions and damages.
